PVC coated paper, non-woven paper, pure texture paper and gold foil paper

Cylinder specification

Use specially-made gravure cylinder.

Technical parameters of the cylinder:

Pure texture paper printing: 55-70 line/cm

PVC coated paper printing: 50-60 line/cm

18-30 s (Zahn 3 cups, indoor temperature)

Diluting technique

Add a little water if the viscosity is too high. The viscosity can be adjusted to 20-21

per second (Zahn 3 cups, indoor temperature). Use clear water in order to prolong

the preservation period of the remained ink.

Allocation of pearl lusting

Mix the pearl powder with the water at one-to-one scale, then add the medium and

stir well. The volume of added water depends on the viscosity.

Drying method

hot air drying (140-150°C)

If the printing speed is fast, it is necessary to turn the oven heat up or add circulating

air volume so as to achieve superior drying effect after printing, also, it is okay to dry

directly in the big oven after the last printing program.
