Many friends who do screen printing are not clear. The effect of this rounded corner is actually caused by the fact that the slurry gradually thickens during the printing process, making the fluidity smaller, and it is necessary to increase the ink scraping when passing through the mesh. The pressure of the knife can pass through the mesh, but at the edge of the screen pattern, due to the support of the photosensitive adhesive, the squeegee can not squeeze the slurry out of the mesh at any time, so that the granules stay in the mesh to form a film, resulting in sensitization. The mesh at the edge of the glue is clogged.
Solution:
(1) Select low mesh, monofilament, and thin mesh;
(2) The photoresist should not be too thick;
(3) The slurry should maintain a certain fluidity at all times.
